Below you will find all of our membership options. All new members will start with a free consultation and a personal training session. In this 1-to-1 PT session you'll go through our Fitness test which allows us to see your abilities and create your fitness score. After this session your trainer will sit down with you to review your fitness level, your goals and our programs.
New members can also join our ongoing Bootcamp program. But if they decide they'd like to go into the CrossFit classes at any point, they will need to go through our Beginner Personal Training Program.
