At The Tracks we have a unique ownership and management team.  We met while doing Crossfit and knew that we could create a great CrossFit experience for others to enjoy.  We have a unique combination in that 1 owner is the Crossfit "Fire-Breather" who loves to teach and help others and the other comes from the business side with over 15 years of running businesses..  Between the 2 of us we've been doing CrossFit for 9+ years.

We run our gym different than many gyms we've come across.  Casey focuses on the day-to-day operation of the gym with regards to training.  Matt focuses on the business side.  This allows Casey to give 100% of his attention to our members while not having to worry about the marketing and financial aspects of the business.

We have  competed in numerous CrossFit competitions, Endurance Races, 5K/10Ks, 7 years of college football and 9+ years of CrossFit.  We've visited over 50 CrossFit Affiliates across the country and we feel like we can deliver a great experience for our members.   With our wide array off fitness, CrossFit & business experience we know we can make our Box the very best.

Once College ended Casey was looking for something to keep that competitive edge.  After watching the 2011 CrossFit Games on ESPN Casey knew he had found it.  After his first few CrossFit WOD's Casey knew he was in for an adventure.  Like most of us, Casey grew up lifting weights in a gym and playing sports, but CrossFit showed Casey a whole new side of weight training.

Matt Plapp - CrossFit Level 1 Trainer & CrossFit Mobility Certified

Matt started his journey with Crossfit in December 2010 when he realized lifting weights the old fashioned way wasn't cutting it.  At the age of 35, he was running up the steps in his house and realized he had things shaking that didn't shake before.  Doing it on his own at the gym wasn't the answer.  After meeting Casey at the gym in 2013 they decided to start The Tracks.  Matt is an avid runner as well. He's run numerous "Mud" runs as well as 3 Tough Mudders, the Chicago Urban Athalon and a bunch of 5Ks.

Dillon Smith - CrossFit Level 1 Trainer & CrossFit Mobility Certified

Where do I start with Dillon???  First, as you'll see from the picture above he ALWAYS has a great time when he's at the gym.  He knows how to make everyone smile and make your hour or two at the tracks fun.  Dillon came to The Tracks as an intern in January 2014.  He was just out of High School and looking to get start a career.  In 2015 Dillon joined The Tracks as a trainer and the gym hasn't been the same since.  Not only is he an ABSOLUTE beast in the gym, but he's an amazing coach with a great understanding of how to help members get in better shape and move correctly.

Melissa Doss - CrossFit Level 1 Trainer & CrossFit Mobility Certified

2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 CrossFit Games Central East Regional Qualifier

Melissa started CrossFit in April of 2012 because she was bored with her workout routine. She entered into her first team competition in August of 2012 and while she struggled with a lot of the movements and lifts, she loved competing. For the next 6 months, Melissa stepped up her training routine and completely changed her diet. All of her hard work paid off and Melissa ended up finishing 25th during the Central East Open WOD’s which qualified her to compete in Regional’s.  Melissa finished 30th in the Region and knew that she wanted to be back on that floor for 2014. She again qualified as an individual in 2014, however, chose to go team. In 2014 Melissa was on Conjugate Team Black for the 2014 CrossFit Games and her team finished in 2nd place IN THE WORLD!

Lenzie Ewin- CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Being active has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up playing sports and loved every minute of it. I was raised to always work hard for what you want because it wasn't going to be handed to you & I'm thankful for that! After high school, I got the opportunity to play Womens Basketball and Tennis at Oakland City University in Oakland City, Indiana. I did so for 4 years.My husband and I found Crossfit in 2011 going into my senior year of college. I remember to this day our first WOD "Baseline" and how it left me lying in my sweat afterwards. From then on I was hooked! After college I knew I would feel lost not having basketball and the adrenaline I felt playing that sport I loved. But after finding crossfit I knew I was set and that this sport would change my life completely! In August 2013 following college graduation I got the opportunity to coach full time at Crossfit Lions Pride in Evansville, IN. I knew not only that I wanted to better myself in the gym but getting the opportunity to better others and change their lives meant that much more! My husband and I just recently made the move to Northern Kentucky and being apart of the tracks couldn't feel more at home! I knew right away this is where we needed to be. I love getting the opportunity to coach so many different athletes and be apart of such an amazing group of coaches! The community here is amazing and I'm blessed to be apart of it
