We are proud to announce that we are now offering Personal Training packages. Yes, we are well known as a CrossFit gym, BUT THESE  PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE NOT CROSSFIT.

These Personal Training sessions are catered to fit your needs and goals. Most sessions are 1-on-1 but we can add 1-2 other people if you have a family member or friend interested in training with you.  After a consultation with one of our trainers, you'll be evaluated and a custom tailored fitness program will be created for YOU.  In the beginning, this will be focused mainly on your fitness goals and needs, but as we progress we'll help you with your nutrition needs as well.

We can work around your schedule 7 days per week.  Our facility has male & female locker-rooms with 3 showers.  We're located conveniently off Dixie Highway next to the Erlanger/Edgewood Kroger close to 275 & 75.
