This weekend we host our Annual Barbells & Bacon CrossFit Competition.We will not have any classes on Saturday BUT there's a twist to this comp that allows you to come workout!We have partnered with Barbells For Boobs and for a $20 donation you can do their WOD, Grace, on Saturday at anytime from 8am-2pm.
