Do 10 OHS, do 1 ring dip, 9 OHS, 2 ring dips, etc.
Pick the weight for OHS. Official recommendation is 25% of your 1 rep max back squat. However, this all depends on your level of comfort with the OHS. The point is that everyone do OHS.
*Level 3: As prescribed
*Level 2: Bench Dips
*Level 1: Hand Release Pushups
