CrossFit -
CrossFit - "Teaching the Deadlift" with Erik Preston

 

Max back squat 1 rep

Max Shoulder Press 1 rep

Max Deadlift 1 rep

 

You will warm-up as usual and then work your way up to a max on each lift.  Then you'll add all numbers together for your "total".

Run 1 mile
