Back Squat 5x5

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes 

Odd minutes - 10 Handstand Push-ups 

Even minutes - 10 Burpees

*Level 3: As prescribed
*Level 2: Strict/Push press @ 75-80% of bodyweight
*Level 1: Hand-release push-ups  On evens and odds do 10 reps, then rest for the rest of that minute.
