Snatch September

21 Pullup Combo*
18 Front Squats 135/95
15 Pullup Combo
12 Front Squats 
9 Pullup Combo
6 Front Squats
3 Pullup Combo

Pullup Combo - 1 set max muscle ups, 1 set max chest to bar pull-ups, finish with pull-ups
Ex: on set of 21 you get 1 set of 8 muscle ups then 1 set of 8 chest to bars, finish with 5 pull-ups
